The rates are per day plus 13% tax. The resort applies $8.00/day plus 13% tax per unit covering the safe box in each unit, the laundry facilities, the pool and beach equipments, the SPA, the fitness center, the Internet Room,  the access to the Golden Club and wireless internet access in each unit. There is a $20 parking registration fee per week for the first car, and one additional parking pass may be purchased based on availability for $20.

The Resort declines request for reservations for less than three days (Seven days minimum during Holidays).

Low season: May 1st - June 15    and   September 6 - November 30

High season:  December 1st - April 30   and   June 16 - September 5

Please Note: Higher rates apply during High Holidays.

The reservations are confirmed when the pre-payment for the first three days is made for each seven days reserved.

The Resort accepts ONLY Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. NO CHECK PLEASE.
